What you need:
Minimum 2 years' experience at Sous Chef level
Full professional Chefs Uniform, Knives & Safety Shoes
Fantastic work availability
Confidence in busy environments
Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen certificates
Health & Safety Certificate Level 2
DBS certificate (not essential)
Valid Right to Work in UK
