We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and committed Site Technician to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Reporting to the Responsible Property Officer, your duties will include:

Site security
Site maintenance including painting, fixing and simple DIY tasks
Portage duties
Record keeping
Legionella testing
Fire risk and safety management
Health and safety management
Supervise contract work as directed
Being available to attend and manage evening lettings as needed
Cleaning as needed

Experience in an estates and facilities management or caretaking role is essential. You should also be able to use initiative and problem-solving skills, working proactively as part of a team with a flexible approach to the role, duties and hours.
