Advonet is a growing organisation working with people who are marginalised to raise their voices and have their rights respected.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about upholding the rights of people across Leeds to work as a Community Advocacy Development Coordinator and join our Community Advocacy service.

You will be pivotal in expanding our advocacy work with members of the Leeds Advocacy Network (LAN) and within local communities, providing more opportunities for organisations and people to use an advocacy approach. You will use your development knowledge and proven coordination and engagement skills to deliver our exciting Advocacy Development Plan.

You need to be working or have worked in a similar role and have an excellent understanding of advocacy and its different approaches.
