Global recruitment services company specialising in the recruitment of technical, management, and executive mining professionals across the world in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, South America, and Australasia are seeking a Researcher/Resourcer to join their growing team.

Working alongside the director you be trained on the fundamentals of candidate market mapping, headhunting, and retained search methods.

Typical search assignments include - Mine Managers, Process Managers, Engineering & Maintenance Managers, HSE Managers, Exploration Managers, Project Managers, Project Directors, etc.

Researcher/Resourcer - Required Experience to be considered:

Recruitment industry experience is highly desirable or sales experience (B2B or B2C (Estate Agent, Finance, Insurance, Telesales, Product sales, etc.)
Happy to pick up the phone and make calls.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Salary £18,000 to £25,000 (doe) + Bonus Structure + Hybrid Working + Career Progression to Recruitment Consultant.
