Full Job Description
Growing and maintaining a profitable portfolio of print and direct mail accounts. Under general supervision, and with regular review, the Account Executive is responsible for making a high volume of telephone calls to potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies potential customers from inbound web inquires, advertising responses, and cold calling activities.
Responds to inquiries and solicits new business via telemarketing.
Outbound contact of potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Makes 60-150 outbound calls per day to generate sales.
Drive incremental revenue from stale and eroded accounts
Meets and exceed sales goals set by management

Identify new customers that qualify for account management.
Establish relationships with existing accounts and reactivate eroded accounts.
Introduce, Negotiate and Close.


Focus on closing 10+ new orders/day with timely follow up and appointment setting.
Coordinate with internal resources to support production process, address customer concerns and objections.


EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

Prior sales experience (1 years or more) in print advertising or digital marketing is a plus.
Consultative Sales style and Relationship Building Skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong Conversational Phone Skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent follow up and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
