Each office can take up to 12 desks and you can hire any of the following:
- Hot-desking space - £300 per month
- Dedicated desk - £400 per month
- Dedicated private office (if you take the entire space) - £2,500 per month
- Meeting room - £25 per hour for full-day hire

We can also help you create a suitable working environment at a competitive price: you can design your proposed layout, which can either be open-plan, sub-divided or with individual cellular offices.

Also available, subject to agreement, are:
- Printing facilities
- Mail handling (enabling us to receive post on your behalf)
- Underground parking (limited and subject to separate agreement)

We are open to flexible terms and would be willing to negotiate on price depending on length of contract.
