We are 'Welcome2Warren', a family-run holiday rental business based in Dawlish Warren. We offer three chalet villa properties for hire on the popular Welcome family holiday park. The property manager lives next door to the park for easy and versatile check-in on any day of the week. Our minimum booking term is 3 nights, and our prices are excellent value compared to reservations made directly with local holiday parks.

Our chalet villa accommodation represents a spacious alternative to a caravan, lodge or traditional one-storey chalet or bungalow. We have three properties in the same block, and they each sleep 2-8 persons. A well behaved dog is allowed for free. Our accommodation has free fibre-optic WIFI installed, because the 4G network is a bit hit or miss in this area. We also offer free bedding hire, and free cot and high-chair hire for our guests.

Our two storey holiday homes comprises of a double bedroom upstairs, and family-sized bedroom across the landing of the first floor. The family room has a single bed, plus a triple bunk (double bed and single bed). There is a bathroom upstairs with an electric shower over the bath, and basin. A separate toilet with basin is located on this floor as well. Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge, diner and full sized kitchen. The kitchen has a 30L mini-oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fan and air-fryer for guest convenience. The lounge has a 32" TV plus sofa seating. Outside there is a small patio area with a picnic bench, overlooking well-presented communal lawns. Heating is provided by radiators and electric fires, and electricity consumption is included in the hire price.

The Welcome family holiday park has many site amenities that are available to our guests at all opening times. These include takeaways, crazy golf, sports pitch and playground, pottery caf and gift shop. There is a club and pool available if guests wish to pay daily admission charges directly to the site staff. Otherwise, guests may use the Hazelwood park Paddy's Bar just across the road for free, and there is daily entertainment available including bingo, cabaret acts and competitions.

Dawlish Warren offers many shops, cafes and bars within easy walking distance, and the Blue Flag sandy beach is a few minutes flat walk away from our accommodation. Here you will find a bus and train station with regular service to local and national destinations. An 18 hole golf course is located next to the beach, and sea fishing is popular in the area. There is a fun fair for younger guests, a go kart and crazy golf course, nature reserve, several pubs serving food and drinks, shops and good walks into Dawlish town using the coastal route.

Dawlish Warren is the perfect location for exploring the tourist attractions of South Devon. This includes Paignton zoo, Torquay, Dartmoor, Crealy amusement park, World of adventures, Exeter city, Stuart-line cruises and much more.

You can check that we are a registered business on the ICO website. Just search for EX7 0PQ as the postcode. We are unable to accept long term bookings over 28 days, residential tenants or social groups such as stag, hen, college leaver parties. This is due to site rules. You may book with a 10%-20% deposit (depending on the weeks selected), and the remainder is payable anytime up to 4 weeks before the holiday start date. You can pay by instalment if you wish. Guests must sign a booking agreement and provide ID to us prior to release of the keys to our accommodation.

Our prices vary throughout the season. The low-season starts at £80 per night per villa, and goes up to £140 per night per villa in high-season. The mid-season price is £110 per villa per night (May and June, except school holidays). These prices are for up to 6 persons per property. There is a supplementary charge for up to two more persons. We are unable to accommodate more than 8 persons per property, and include infants in the person-count.

You may see our accommodation advertised on other platforms at different prices. The best price will always be through direct bookings with us, as it cuts out our commission to booking agents. We pass on these savings to you. Read more
