I bought this house on 4 October 2001. It was very nice. It is along of the main road from Inverness to Wick,
at the beginning of Wick city, near to a commercial area (Lidl supermarket and several other retail
businesses).
I never lived continuously in this house. So, I was absent for much time.
On April 2006 it has been devastated inside by young Scottish junkies, who lived for sometime,
and left away without switching off the fireplaces prepared on the floor in several rooms.
So, everything was destroyed. For several reasons I was not able to restore.
So, many years have passed with all the windows closed, and a small slit on the roof,
through which the rain came in. Now inside all is deteriorated and destroyed from humidity,
also the dividing walls. The internal conditions of the house are very bad.
I don't know how much the repairs will cost (maybe 6.000/8.000 Euros).

I am contacting some builder to do the first step of restoration inside of my house,
that is removing everything needs to be removed and cleaning everywhere
by high temperature steam instruments and other types of gears.
