Hi,

I am advertising my room in a three bed two story flat in the Village of Blackheath. Due to work reasons I unfortunately have to vacate the property and head back home. The flat is a less than a 3 min walk from blackheath train station and village. From here you can catch trains to London Bridge (12 mins) and Charring Cross (16 mins). The DLR in Lewisham is easy to get to by bus (15 mins) or one stop on the train (5 mins).

Great outdoor spaces with a balcony and blackheath Common just the other side of the village (5 min walk). Greenwich park is a 10 min walk over blackheath common.

We have a large living room and a well fitted kitchen and bathroom. My housemates are my old friends from University both young professionals (27/28 years old) - both are very clean and friendly!

I am currently at my parents house at the moment trying to organise a photo of the bedroom. In the mean time you can happily head round and we can organise a viewing.

The room comes with a bed and mattress. There is parking outside you just need to purchase a permit. Bills and Council tax come in usually under £100
