Hello, I've got a lovely double room to rent in a large family house(3 floors, 7 bedrooms) in Streatham. The room has its own sink and bills are included for £550. The house was recently refurbished and there are 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a nice garden, 2 rabbits and 2 cats. Everyone is friendly, conscientious and down to earth.

I am looking for a preferably female or a nice friendly tidy guy, there is no smoking in the house but outside is fine. Current house mates are 25-35. Interests include art, board games, alternative/rock music, motorbikes, gym and acting. Must have a full time job.

The house is 5 mins walk from Streatham station, with trains that take 20 mins to London Bridge/Kings Cross St Pancras/Blackfriars. Streatham Common station 8 mins walk, with trains to Victoria, Clapham Junction and Croydon. There is also a bus stop 5 mins walk from the house, with plenty of buses that go directly to Brixton tube station. There is a large Tesco, Aldi, M&S and Sainsbury's top of the road.
