HOUSEMATE WANTED - STUDENTS ONLY

So the actual length of stay and rent to pay would be 9 months. From October to end of june. Move out date is 30/06/2019. Can move in as soon as possible. September is already paid for.

340 pcm. Bills not included. From personal experience, 10 pounds for utilities and 5 for Internet per month will be enough.

It's a 5 bedroom shared house. 2 fully functional bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, garden and side access for bicycles. Central heating with good insulation.

Offer of a double bedded room, fully furnished. Has own door that opens out onto the garden. It's a downstairs room at the back of the property. Nice and quiet. Approx 80 square feet. (May look crowded in photos because there is a 2nd set of chest of drawers and a tall cabinet there. both will be removed when the agreement is finalised).

Kitchen has gas stove, washing machine and 2 full fridges.
Downstairs bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs bathroom has regular water pressure, shower and bath, toilet and sink.
Right in the middle of town in Bedford Place. Close to the central station and coach station.

Current tenants are 2 women (19-20) and 2 men (25-26). All students. Studying biochemistry, nursing and phds in chemistry. The two men are smokers but smoke outside only.

Deposit with guarantor is 440 (1 months rent plus 100).
Deposit without guarantor is 1020 (3 months rent).
