The flat is on the bottom floor of a Victorian terrace conversion, with good soundproofing between the bedroom and the flat above (which we also own and rent out). Decorated in neutral white throughout with varnished wooden floors and period features throughout. There is a lovely conservatory which leads on to a beautiful, private and low-maintenance garden behind. As the building is Victorian the rooms are large, with high ceilings and a big bay window in the bedroom. There is a working gas fire in the living room. EPC, boiler/fire gas and electrical safety certificates all up-to-date and available. Just a note on the feel of the place - the photos show the flat at various times of the year to get a better idea of how the garden looks. Although you can see our cat in one photo (from when we lived there eighteen months ago) we are genuinely sorry but we're saying no to any pets from here on in. Our current, very nice tenant is moving out to take up a job offer abroad - the neighbours are all quiet, friendly professional people, and we are ideally looking for similar tenants again. We are private landlords and so there are no agent's fees to pay.
