We are looking for a tenant in a home and would love to invite you to a friendly clean and respectful environment and neighbourhood to a very large double bed room as shows in pictures with bedding and our home is pet and smoke free and fitted with high speed fibre optic virgin broadband and off street parking is available. We have a shower a bathroom and a kitchen to share.
H98 bus goes a bit away from the house however the 607 and 427 bus stops are very close and the post code is UB10 0BU. Local shops and takeaways are really close and a walking distance and a 10 min journey to both Southall and Uxbridge.
Contract length can be discussed before hand or in person . A deposit and rent be paid in advance
Rent includes all bills-NO HIDDEN CHARGES
