My name is Justina, my daughter is 21 yrs of age, and we are looking to rent a 2/3 bedroom property in the Cornwall or Dorset area.

I am an Artist, but also have my own business, hosting students from overseas.

I have a good tenant record with my Landlord, Its a family business and they are called the HALL BROS. They have several properties in WMidlands.

We can obtain a Reference. We can also pay a Deposit upfront in Cash. We can also pay one month in advance.

We don't smoke.
We don't have pets, and not likely to.
Reliable
Very Clean, I do suffer from OCD. Must keep a clean house, shoes off, etc.
We are looking to rent Long-Term.

As my online business is new, I still require HBenefit, but I can pay the shortfall, as I am doing now with my present Landlord, and I don't have shortfalls, or deficits. Reliable, and very particular in bill paying.

As an Artist I am needing to move to these areas for more inspiration. I sell my Art Online. I am on all Social Media Platforms.
