At JAPAN AT UK LIMITED, our priority is that our homestay accommodation is a happy experience. We are always on the lookout for new host families in London to work with us. Our international students are mainly from Japan and it can be a very rewarding experience for both your students and your family. You may learn your students' different culture and background, and such experience will bring a new dimension to your family life.

We are looking for experienced luxury host families in West & North London areas (TfL travel zone 1-3) in particular, however any other areas in London (zone 1-3) will be applicable.

We would expect you to:
- have at least 3 years of experience in hosting international students
- be DBS checked
- have easy access to public transport, e.g. a tube station or bus stop within walking distance

Hosting students is not all about the money as you will have cultural interaction with your students, however our pay rate should at least cover your additional costs in having a student in your home. Payments will be made by BACS transfer, weekly. The rate per week covers 7 nights.

Our pay rate will be £200 per week.

Our students will most likely choose to stay with a host family between 4 and 8 weeks. However, the duration of their stay can be from 1 week to up to 11 months. Please note that we will endeavour to accommodate your requests and availability, therefore it is your choice to accept short-term or longer-term.
