My wife and myself are looking for a property in and around Alcester B49 ... Warwickshire area ( within 10 miles.) We are both at retirement age ( just !)
We need 2 to 3 bedrooms a garage or space to build a garage, we want a front and back garden.
A Bungalow, Dormer Bungalow, Cottage or House.
Note: We would also consider very low rent for being guardian at large property.
We are renting at the moment so no chain. our only restriction is the price we can not look at anything at 300,000 it must be a lot less.
My wife is happy to do conveyancing ( all legal and above board ) this will save you and us a few thousand. Then just solicitor at the end. you save on all other fees.
