Wanted 2-3 bed house with allocated OR on permit on street parking/garage in Old Portsmouth only.

We are returning professionals to the area (late 40's) couple only no pets.

Seeking a house to let (not a flat) near to the University and in the nicer parts of Old Portsmouth.

May also consider Craneswater Park area of Southsea or Baffins/Milton. Property must be high specification and not a student let type of house.

Furnished or unfurnished preferably with washer/dryer and fridge/freezer as a minimum but can be flexible.

Working at University for next three years and able to pay up front if needed in terms of rent.

Good credit rating and also may wish to have a dog in the future (not imperative) so a flexible landlord looking to let longer term is needed.

Up to £1000-£1300 per month rent for the right property available and will be available to do viewings from July onwards to move in ASAP but certainly by September at the latest. Happy to receive video tours by mobile to do first viewings and make an initial decision.
