Do you have a problem (or opportunity!), where you're not achieving the outcomes you'd like, and you know that other people's solutions or advice just won't stick? At work or in life generally?

Coaching can help you unlock your best solutions, more quickly & successfully. I am an adept facilitator & passionate 'people person', with a First Class Hons degree in Psychology, a Foundation in Coaching & further training, and 50 years' business & life experience, all enabling me to tailor my approach to your needs. I will focus on YOU and your goals, through:

- Deep listening: to the nuances of what is on your mind and where you want to get to
- Insightful questions: that will help you think wider & deeper and gain clarity
- Action focus: to help you develop plans that work in your world & move you forward.

Heading into spring, I am offering a limited number of coaching programmes, either free of charge, at introductory rates or on a service-swapping basis, whilst I complete my Post Grad in Personal & Business Coaching. In return, I'd value your feedback, and if permitted, an anonymous testimonial.

Coaching is typically £80 (personal) to £200 upwards (career/business clients) per hour. I'm offering:
- 3 places (Feb-Mar): Free of charge, a programme of 3x 1.5 hours - for £0!
- 3 places (May-Jul): Starting rates, a programme of 3x 1.5 hours, for £120 (£40 a session)
- 4 places (Mar-Jul): Swapping of services, to mutually gain a fair exchange (see below).
