Have you ever resonated with sound or crystals or wished to start a journey of healing and spiritual exploration. if you have, these meditations are for you. Over several weeks we will explore each chakra, first with sound then with crystals delving deep into ourselves to begin to connect to our own energies for healing, transformation, changing patterns and our unlimited possibility. No previous experience is required and we will use sound, colour, crystals, essential essences and meditation to connect each week. This allows you to discover what resonates with you.

The Crystal Chakra Meditations are in Streatley on Monday Morning at 9.30am or Tuesday Evening 8pm starting 22nd/23rd January 2018 . They cost £11 each session or £75 for all 8 weeks if booked prior to the course. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact me.
