Greetings! I am Lea, a professional life coach and specialized in the identity and creative coaching. My coaching sessions respond to a philosophical approach that is also called "existential coaching".

The existential coaching can help to find an authentic and reflective way in three levels:
- self-awareness/ self-confidence;
- accomplish tasks/ goals
- alleviating suffering/ difficulties/ obstacles

How can we know where we go if we don't know who we are? Here I am to help you to find answers, overcome tensions and establish an action plan to live serenely.

With a little help, you can overcome self doubt, manage emotional turbulence, find fulfilment & achieve your aligned goals.

When self-knowledge is clear, we are serene and strong in many points that structure our life:
- individual identity
- sexual orientation
- gender identity
- studies/ career
- lifestyle

My goal is to help you think about your situation by taking some distance through targeted questions, analytical work on yourself and the setting up of personalized workshops.

Talking-listening session/ 45 minutes = £30
When you need to take some distance by talking to someone neutral who does not judge or interfere in your choices. You overcome your emotions by expressing them.

Coaching Program for adults (3 sessions x 45 minutes) = £120
Self-discovery, action-oriented, result-driven (includes workshops)

Coaching Program for children/ teenagers (6 sessions x 30 minutes) = £150
Helping children and young people understand themselves better, identify issues of concern or goals they wish to reach and develop methods for managing their emotions.

Please, note I am a native French Speaker. Coaching sessions can be held in English or French, depending on your choice.
