I'm a life coach with NLP. I offer online appointments at a time to suit you. With 2021, lockdown, Covid 19 and all the ups and downs of life at the moment, you may be wondering what next.. Having some coaching can be an amazing way to help get you en route to your next dream be it relationship, work/career, confidence or something else.

Along side coaching I am also a physiotherapist and at present am helping patients with long covid.
Combining my physio skills with coaching techniques is certainly helping to bring about some favourable results for people who are struggling to get back to normal levels of activity. If you'd like some help with this please do let me know.
