Hearing voices or seeing things what others don't see... doesn't sound strange to us! All our Profesional Staff have been through similar experiences and have come together to run a support group in your local area Birmingham, West Midlands.

Hearing voices may be very scary and finding the right support is important! Whether your hearing your first voice or not we are here 2 listen to you and together we can go through this journey: Finding the best mental health team what works well for you is important & We are here 2 give u that space 2 off load.

My visions...I have other conditions mixed, like Paranoia, How can I explain this to others?
Seeing things what have happened with no explanation of who and why can be very confusing and scary, but it's important to know it's not your fault and that help is out there. You don't need to find the words to tell your family or friends alone, we can help you!

What do I do?

If you're hearing voices it may be temporary or permanent, no one can predict the future, but it can be managed. Finding a mental health team is the best place 2 start.
