I am a 23 year old male who has just finished university and I am wanting to become self employed and set up my own cleaning business called 'Paddy'sServices'. I am a professional cleaner in which I have a lot of experience cleaning huge commercial buildings and Job centres across Yorkshire. I am used to cleaning large areas, buildings with 8 floors with industrial chemicals stronger than any bleach found under your sink. I am not shy of hard work or dirty environments and I am willing to clean for domestic purposes for a fair price in return. I charge £15 per hour or offer a reduced rate for a block of hours. For example, if you wanted to book me for a block of hours, I would charge £15 for the first hour, then £10 each hour. I am responsible, professional and very polite. I have my own transport and I am willing to travel outside of Rotherham. If the travel distance is outside of 2 miles, I will charge an extra fee for fuel which is negotiable. I can provide my own cleaning products however, I have experienced before, many clients prefer their own.
