And now for the Science bit : It releases good hormones in both Men & Women including ; Dopamine , Serotonin, and Oxytocin , which are all associated with pleasure. They help with emotional health, pain processing, sleep, blood flow, etc.
Serotonin, on the other hand, helps with the stabilization of one's mood, and sentiments of happiness. It enables the interaction between the brain cells and other nervous system cells in the body.
