Hi my name is lee. And I'm a life coach my whole purpose is to help people get back what they have lost. It's not easy I know for myself we can do this together to get you through this. I will always be there for you. Weather its just to listen and give advice, or you need a friend. Always remember it takes that 1st step to change your life. At times anyone of us cares to admit to others. It's easy to feel like we're alone when we feel down, it's easy to feel as though we're nothing but a burden in everyone else's lives. These dark thoughts seem to multiply and get a hold of ourselves and lead us to do things that that we'll end up regretting later in life.
It is at times like these that we must seek a helping hand, someone who's able to show us the bright side of life and make us realize everything we've got to live and fight for. While many people can't do so with others emotionally close to them because they're not comfortable enough or simply ashamed of their situation, studies have shown that talking about it with someone whom that person doesn't actually know, actually helps the individual open up about their situation and true feelings. I want to give guidance for those who can't seem to find their way out of a hard situation.
I believe anyone can with time with the right tools to then embrace life. On top of that, I believe that it's absolutely crucial for a life coach to allow themselves to change and adapt to every kind of person, and in a way, grow alongside them. It is therefore crucial to look at the process where both people learn and grow from each other and not simply a one-way thing that doesn't actually offer mutual growth.
My main goal and everything I wish to accomplish is to get people away from their dark thoughts and help them lift themselves from deep pit they're in, to show them how enjoyable life can be. I
know what it's like to feel hopeless and afraid of what's to come. I believe anyone should have access to happiness and everyone should be able to get the help that they need in order to finally get out of that never-ending hole that traps us in our darkest thoughts. In a sense, today, helping people has become my life's goal.
