I am an enthusiastic and highly-flexible Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with ten years' experience working within clinical psychology and , counselling both adults, couples, and teens. I am a fellow of the University of Manchester and have skills in the assessment, formulation, and therapeutic intervention of those who may be experiencing a range of psychological problems including anxiety and depression. I am a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP). I am also trained in Method of Levels Cognitive Therapy, which is a 'transdiagnostic' CBT, or the ability to treat more than one problem in the same group of sessions. I currently run my own private practice and can work either in person, over the telephone, or online.
