*Sole use or Own paddocks preferred. * For 3x 11.2-16hh all semi retired.
*Somewhere to ride off road/ lunge/school.
*Stables enclosed ie not looking out onto field/ road.
*Not near fireworks.
*Flexibility/freedom with bring in/ turnout times.
*Can arrange own muck removal/ hay delivery etc.
*no abuse /bitchy comments tolerated.
*for instructor/groom & 1 well-behaved child.
