Hi, I am currently looking for what feels like the impossible!
Looking for either grass livery or land to rent/buy.

Location anywhere within 20 minutes of Guildford. Anywhere like Albury, chilworth, Clandon, worplesdon, pirbright, Normandy, or Elstead.

For grass livery must be:
- 24/7 turnout
- Herd (fine with mixed)
- Large paddocks
- No poo picking
- Storage
- Good hacking
- Facilities are a bonus

For a field to rent/buy, must have:
- secure boundary
- Good access
- Water
- No sycamore trees
- Happy to maintain land, don't mind woodland as long as there is a field as well
- Good hacking nearby
- Enough space for 6-8 horses
