Sole use field/paddock small yard wanted asap in Orpington

So last attempt after 5 years coming up with nothing I am so wanting to rent a field/paddock or even small yard for my pet equines. Currently 3 little ones and a bigger one in near future..
Must haves are shelter not just natural please and water.. bonus if has some kind storage shed for hay/feed etc. Electricity be great but not necessary.
Down side it must be accessible by public transport ideally bus and short walk or something from BR6 area in Kent. Dont mind a bit of a trek for perfect place after all buses to bromley via bus can take over hour without driving but closer to me the better.
Desperately don't want to have to sell up due to my mental health my equines are my therapy and I just want my own quite peaceful place to enjoy them unlike on a yard environment...
Please please please someone out there must have or know of someone who has something to suit? Any farmers willing to rent bit of their land? Unused Stables on your property that's you'd rent out to a mature experience clean tidy lady
Anything considered even if needs some work fences must be ok for a mini or your happy for me to make them mini proof ..
I'm so begging for help now if anyone at all can help me. Please email first I often have phone on silent or I'm odd answering unknown numbers due to high functioning anxiety
