Sole use grazing wanted in Fordingbridge

We were hoping to purchase our own land but that's had to be put on hold for a while so we are now looking to rent. Due to no fault of our own we are looking for a sole use yard/grazing, must have at least 2 stables (or possibly shelters or barn) and running water, electric preferable. I have one horse and one retired pony, very clean and tidy owner, poo pick daily and horses tended to twice a day. I am happy to do any maintenance that's needed and can provide excellent references if required. I am open to ideas however it must be somewhere I can set up to aid both myself and my horses (one is nearly 30) No livery yards please. Looking for Fordingbridge/Verwood area or out towards Ringwood/Sopley and surrounding areas.
