Capearla Acapella 15.2hh ladies hunting horse or dressage prospect.

Let me start by saying I adore this mare. Shes a fast and forward ride for someone wanting to be at the front of the hunt getting stuck into those jumps. She's great with the hounds, good in open spaces and although she does get giddy she does have brakes. She's out hunting this season and is fit so would be ideal for someone wanting to get stuck straight in.

Out hacking she will trot and canter the whole way if you ask her to but will equally take a steadier pace if that's all you wanted. She doesn't stand still for long periods of time as she likes to be busy but for a confident rider who wants a forward horse to have fun she is perfect. I've also taken her showjumping and although she would benefit from some schooling as she leaps quite high, she really enjoys that too!

She is quirky but loveable and bonds to a person so would suit someone experienced wanting a mare to have fun with. She schools nicely, hacks out alone or in company, is 100% in traffic and good to catch, for the farrier etc.

She moves beautifully and if I had more time and a bit more interest in dressage I would definitely be getting her into that as everyone says how beautifully she moves and looks.

Everywhere I take her, people stop me and tell me how stunning she is. Even non horsey people walking dogs on the moor. I was told the other day she "looks like the queens horse"!! She's absolutely gorgeous and she knows it.

I have a school here and plenty of hacking and could possibly let the right potential buyer hunt her with us one week to try her if required. I really want this girl to go somewhere long term as if I could have hunted every week I would just keep her but we are doing a self build and converting our barn so are short of stables and need the money.
