You are looking a genuine, signed/autographed photo of Viggo Mortensen in his role as Aragorn, ranger of the north and the future King of Gondor from the epic Lord of the Rings films that were released starting in 2001. A famous actor also known for this varied roles in other films such as The Road, A History of Violence, Captain Fantastic, Green Book, Hidalgo, Crime of the Future, 28 Days, The Hobbit, Crimson Tide, and so on. This also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to state that the signature has been "classified as genuine and authentic."

"Viggo Peter Mortensen Jr. R is an American actor. He made his film debut in a small role in Peter Weir's 1985 thriller Witness. This signed photo was obtained from a wholesaler who has been in business for many years. This signed photo also comes with a COA with numbered hologram (please see the picture) which details the origin of the signature.
