This caravan is a rather large 37 x 12ft 3 bed with on-suite,2015 model, dated 2014. sited in an ideal and very beautiful position with lake views yet within Butlins ground and only a very short walk from the resorts shop and attractions.
The large decking area with a lockable gate is overlooking the lake is also supplied with a table and chairs to really chill out and unwind, plus a storage shed.
The caravan has one large double bedroom, with a digital TV and two twin rooms (all have wardrobes/drawers with ample storage space) there's also a sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate a family of 6-8.

The caravan also has a family shower room & w/c and a second separate en-suite w/c in the double bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker, upright integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else needed to be self catering.

In the lounge we have a large 40 inch;smart, flat screen television (with Free-view) electric flame effect fire and modern comfortable seating, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 6.

The Caravan is fully centrally heated with double glazing and insulation to keep guests comfortable all year round, an advantage, because Butlins hold lots of winter breaks, particularly around Christmas time.

This is a 2014 model and has only ever been rented out five times. All fees paid up until March 2021 and already has bookings towards 2021-2022 site fees!!
