ABI Arizona 2003 static caravan available for private sale at Bluewater Caravan Park, which is located between Hythe and Dymchurch in Kent.

The caravan is a 2003 model with 2 bedrooms and is in good condition for it age. It has been updated by the current owner with new flooring put in, double glazing, a new sofa, new blinds, and a new table & chairs. It wouldn't take much work to complete the renovation and really make it your own. It's a cheap caravan with plenty of life left in it, and the price includes the park's fee to transfer ownership. It is sited close to the park entrance which makes it ideal for the passing bus, and parking is allowed outside the caravan.

Bluewater Caravan Park is a small family run park with limited facilities, but has just been bought out by new owners. The site closes from 31st October - 1st March and the site fees are only £3345 a year which can be paid by direct debit. It would ideally suit someone looking for a quiet park to relax. There's a team who look after the grounds and deliver gas, etc but there's no clubhouse or facilities, although there is a pub just 200 yards away. There's also a bus stop outside the park which connects with Folkestone, Hastings, Ashford and Canterbury. There's also a fruit & veg stall wagon nearby which is very handy.

The lounge has a new sofa, a gas fire, TV unit, dining table & chairs, new blinds, and a rug that is staying. The kitchen comes with a gas cooker & grill, under-counter fridge, a sink, and lots of cupboards and worktops. The master bedroom has a large double bed, three separate wardrobes, and a dressing table. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a family wash-room with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

The seaside resort of Dymchurch is just 10 minutes away, which has a lovely sandy beach, amusement park, and plenty of pubs and cafes. Hythe is the nearest town, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and a really great social scene. The summer months provide various organised events, including the week-long Hythe Canal Festival, circus and funfairs, food festivals and boot-fairs. Folkestone also hosts various events, including Folkestone Air Show, vintage car rallies, outdoor music and is the main shopping centre for the area.
