Apartment-style caravan with full solar installation (with domestic panel) and massive 1200w inverter make life easy.

The many sockets around the space mean you can power lots of devices and lighting at once. When it was converted, the priority was maximizing the power available, and it has never failed us.

The unit was professionally converted in the late 2010s by a company who installed the solar, gas, water and electric systems. The main aim was to have lots of space while still being tow-able on a standard 3.5t licence (made easier with the built-in stabiliser). Being a single-axle caravan, it is permitted on any camping or caravan site, and it served the three person family beautifully.

The professionally installed domestic gas boiler and a top of the line water pump mean that you can have on-demand showers at any time without running out of hot water. With a massive 110l fresh water tank installed below the chassis, you can have plenty of usage without worry.

Sadly, health issues mean I can no longer live in it, but I enjoyed it a lot. Paperwork for conversion included. All equipment in photos included (such as fan, light, power cable, washing machine, etc.)
