Meet Dobby
Dobby is a 3-year-old, 18kg mixed breed who came from the streets of Mexico a year and a half ago. She’s spayed, healthy, vaccinated, and ready for a calm, understanding home.
She’s a sensitive soul who takes time to trust, but once she does, she’s incredibly snuggly and deeply loyal. Dobby gets on well with other dogs with slow introductions but can be reactive if dogs rush up to her. She also needs people to respect her space — fast hands and strangers touching her before trust is built can worry her.
At home, Dobby is quiet, calm, crate trained, non-destructive, and happy to be left. She walks nicely on lead (unless a squirrel or pigeon appears!) and is food-motivated with treats. No children please.
Dobby is looking for a single person or couple with a garden, ideally with experience of foreign rescues and reactive dogs, who will give her time, patience, and space.
