IRC Care Services Ltd is a domiciliary care organisation which delivering high quality and standards of care to the elderly in the comfort and security of their own homes, throughout Surrey and Croydon. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a Care Coordinator for our service based in Caterham Surrey. As a Care Coordinator, you will need great organisation skills and attention to details, while being able to assist the Registered Manager to organise the day to day running of the service provision at IRC Care Services through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by the Company. It is the responsibility of the Care Coordinator to support the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of IRC Care Services and achieving the level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with the Company's Quality Assurance Policy and compliance with the Care Quality Commission guidelines. To assist the Registered Manager in marketing the services provided by IRC Care Services and liaising with commissioners, prospective Service Users, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development of the service.

As a care agency IRC Care Services is diligent in our response to Covid19 to ensure the safety of our staff and clients by adhering to government guidelines and providing all the necessary PPE to our staff and sending out weekly alerts to our staff.
