Selling our caravan on the Golden Palm Resort, Chapel st Leonards, Skegness, It's on Sherwood less than 5 minutes walk from swimming pool and entertainment, Cosalt Albany 2004 35x12 2 bedroom, 6 berth with pull out bed in the living room, main bedroom has ensuite bathroom Comes with everything included so you can just turn up and enjoy. The mattress in the main bedroom is brand new, it also now has a heater in the hall way and the TV in the bedroom is now fitted on a wall mounted bracket. The hall way now has laminated flooring fitted. The TV in the lounge is a brand new 40 inch one also has Xbox 360, hoover, high chair, travel cot, electric oil filled radiators and blow air heating, microwave, Cooker was bought last year, there is a new table top freezer in the kitchen. Everything was purchased last year for holiday rental, this includes all bedding, towels, kitchen equipment etc.. There is a brand new picnic bench/table outside, plus small barbeque, the 2 large gas bottles with automatic changeover have been hardly used. We are selling as we can't get to the caravan much, so it's just sitting there!!
