Field for Grazing/paddocks sought, south/west Norwichin Norwich

Hi,
I'm looking for grassland/field for equine livery South/West of Norwich, Eaton to Dereham, as far as Wymondham maybe further depending on access.

3-5 acres preferably with water and consent for field shelters for 3/4 horses.

Ex professional owner and professional groom (combined 60+years experience of horse care and pasture management) We maintain immaculate standards of animal and paddock care, own fencing and paddock maintenance equipment, inspection of current facilities welcome.

Insurance documentation and references available to view on request.
Only looking to move due to field and water supply contamination problems.

Budget to 3k p/a depending on size/facilities.

Long term only.
