I have available a 3 bedroom static caravan at Newperran Holiday Park. The park is located a few minutes drive from Perranporth and is the perfect park if you are looking for a chilled-out escape! We have a bar and restaurant on park, with an indoor swimming pool that is open all year round.

The holiday homes are nicely spread out on the park and mainly owner based which provides a great community feel. We do also offer the option to sublet the caravans when you're not using them, or you can do it yourself, which some of our owners like to do to help cover their pitch fees.

This 3 bedroom Atlas Debonair comes fully equipped with an inventory, steps, and all siting and connection costs and the £53,000 includes site fees for this year. It has everything you need to move straight in! Please note finance options are available from a 10% deposit of £5300 with a monthly payment.
The only other costs to consider each year are your gas, electric, insurance and rates.
