I’m a 20-year-old who recently brought this dog home, and I also have an Akita, but my situation has unfortunately changed. My dad has become ill, and with me now working six days a week, I just don’t have the time and attention to give that this dog truly deserves. This hasn’t been an easy decision at all, but I want to make sure he has the best possible life with someone who can give him the time, care, and stability he needs.
