Absolutely Stunning Cockalier Puppies
These puppies are 3/4 Cavalier King Charles and 1/4 Cocker Spaniel (mummy is a cockalier and daddy is a Cavalier King Charles)
I feel like I have so much to so much to say about these beautiful little babies that I don’t know where to start! Myself and my children are super proud of them, they have brought a lot of joy and laughter to our home over the past few weeks and we are now hoping to find them kind forever homes where they can continue to bring happiness and where they are well loved and cared for.
I hope I have included all of the information you would like to see below but please if you have any questions at all feel free to message me or send a text :)
Puppy Parents
Mother is our beautiful family pet, she is a DNA health tested and breed tested cockalier
DNA tests mum has had: acral mutilation syndrome, congenital macrothrombocytopenia, degenerative myelopathy, dry eye curly coat, episodic falling, exercise induced collapse, familial nephropathy, glycogen storage disease type vii, muscular dystrophy and progressive retinal atrophy (as recommended for Cockalier’s; a large number due to the combination of 2 separate breeds)
Father is a KC registered DNA health tested Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, he is also a family pet and he is owned by my lovely friend in Guildford. He is a sweet, friendly boy and very handsome.
DNA tests father has had: dry eye curly coat syndrome, muscular dystrophy and episodic falling (as recommended for Cavalier King Charles spaniels)
Puppy Food
Puppies have been weaned onto a high quality puppy kibble and also enjoy the occasional treat of scrambled eggs!
Puppy Parasite Treatments
Prior to pregnancy mummy was up to date with all wormers and flea treatments
During the final week of pregnancy we also gave her panacur worming paste daily to prevent any possibility of any worms passing from her to the puppies during birth and feeding
Since they were born they have been treated every 2 weeks with drontal puppy worming syrup and at 8 weeks old they will receive a flea treatment
Veterinary History
Puppies will visit the vet on Thursday for their full health checks, microchips and first vaccination. They will then be available to view and collect.
Transition to New Homes
To ensure a smooth transition to their new homes puppies will leave with a bag of their current kibble, a scent towel, a familiar toy, veterinary health record, microchip details and transfer instructions, 4 weeks of insurance and their parent’s DNA test certificates
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions, look forward to hearing from you :)
