We’re delighted to share that our beautiful Labrador has welcomed a stunning litter of 11 healthy puppies on 12th April.

The litter includes a gorgeous mix of black, yellow, and fox red puppies.

Flossie is our much-loved family pet with the sweetest nature. She absolutely loves children and thrives in a busy home, always calm, gentle, and affectionate. She’s everything you’d hope for in a Labrador and a huge part of our family.

The sire of this litter is the exceptional Sussex Sharp Basil from Sussex Sharp Gundogs. Basil is a striking, high-quality working Labrador from a very well-respected line, known for his temperament and trainability. He has been fully health tested, with excellent scores including hips 3/3 (total 6) and elbows 0/0—he was carefully chosen to complement Flossie, and this really is a beautifully balanced, quality pairing.

Flossie also comes from outstanding breeding. Her sire, Sussex Ray of Sunshine is a proven fox red Labrador from fully working lines—powerful, athletic, and with a fantastic temperament. He is KC registered, BVA eye tested clear, with exceptional health scores including hips 0/0 and elbows 1/1, and is clear of EIC, HNPK, CNM, SD2, and PRA. This strong lineage further adds to the quality, health, and temperament you can expect from this litter.
