Meet Mochi! She's a gorgeous Border Collie/Cocker Spaniel mix, just turned seven months old. We took her in when her former owner was unable to find a home for her - the runt of the litter! - but are now unfortunately having to relocate closer to my college and my wife's work. Our new home is unfortunately going to be too small for a medium-sized dog, and we'll have no easy access outside or a place to exercise her, so it wouldn't be fair to her. As a result, we're hoping someone out there will be able to give her better care and attention than we will.

She's incredibly sweet, very affectionate and cuddly, and a very smart girl who learns instructions quickly. She's mostly house-trained, but is still young so she might need more frequent outings while she adjusts to a new place - she has a sensitive tummy, so her food should be consistent and ideally made for that. She can be shy with new people, but is incredibly friendly once she's comfortable! She loves hugs and attention, playing with tug of war ropes and chewtoys, running after balls, or just cuddling up to you while you sit. She's very wriggly!

She's also very accustomed to sleeping in a crate overnight and when we're out of the home.

She's fully vaccinated, microchipped, and her worm and flea treatments are up to date. Along with Mochi, we can hand over some food, toys, bowls, blanket, and her bed, as well as her vet record. :) Read more
