Help find milo... in Bolton

My poor dead mums cat that she rescued 2 winters ago because he was abandoned, sleeping in a bush full of frost has been taken by the person who abandoned him, called leanne. Please help me find this female, I need to know milo is OK and I don't think a person should be allowed to do this to a poor animal. Im worried sick about him please help...
