Do you have questions about spirituality, your energy, manifestation or personal development?

Have you been struggling with something in your life and found that traditional treatment methods haven't helped?

I am a fully qualified Energy Alignment Mentor, Personal Empowerment Coach, Soul Realignment practitioner and health coach: basically, an all round, experienced energy, spirituality and personal development enthusiast!

Someone recently asked me if i'd consider setting up a support group for people in the area,

I'm setting up a free, in person support group in Gateshead....

As most of my work is done online, working with people all over the world, it will make a welcome change to actually see local people face to face!

It will be a completely informal space where you can ask questions and receive guidance on all things related to energy, mindset, spirituality, personal development and mental/ physical wellbeing. I'm hoping it will be fun too!

This is in the planning stage, so I haven't yet decided on a venue, time or other specifics.
