We provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes by building trusting and long-lasting relationships.
What you will be doing as a Care Professional:
Encouraging and supporting Service Users to define and develop their chosen
lifestyles through personal centred care in their own homes.

To support service users to develop relationships to maintain contact with family
and friends.

To provide service users with the agreed necessary support to maximise their
independence and to develop social and life skills.

No previous experience is required as we provide all training and support.
An Enhanced DBS will need to be completed.

Salary: £12.50 to £20.30 per hour
£13.50 for the weekends
