on our small friendly yard, daily checks, 2 shelters in winter field, worming programme, storage but limited in secure unit, 2 emergency stables, 3 small retricted/rest paddocks, riding field with couple of jumps, small arena (not the best but ideal for winter) with lights, miles of on/off road beautiful hacking, electric fencing (ponies must respect) fully cctv, ad lib bales of haylege put out in winter,

plz bare in mind its 24/7 grazing so does get muddy in winter wet months, no frills yard but very friendly
