60m x 30m all-weather arena with use of a full course of show jumps and dressage boards
20m all-weather lunge pen
5-bay covered horse walker with rubber floor
1,000m all-weather gallop circuit
2 x hot wash bays with solariums
Laundry and drying room
Heated secure tack room and rest room
Individual, all year turnout
Extensive hacking all year with great hill work
