Looking for a part loaner to ride him once or twice a week with committed days and the potential to ride more days

However I've had to update my ad as I've not had anyone that is confident too just hack around the roads with the cars
We do not have a field or arena to ride in and road experience is a must
The bridle paths are also only accessible via a road

He can take a weight of maximum 11stone and this would be a balanced rider
He comfortably takes 10st with younger or inexperienced rider.
